"The hot tub temperature needs to be cranked up and the sauna didn't work at all."

"Yes, just two points that I felt were inadequate. First the pillows. Hard foam pillows are a thing of the past & make for a miserable sleep. We requested and received a smoke free room - thank you! However the hallway reaked heavily of smoke at any time we entered or exited it. This is not good!"

"Pool and slide were very good including the gym and hot tub. Water was warm and most hotels have cooler water. We prefer the warm water so your place was great!!"

"Given several different quotes for gov't of Canada rates, eventually final bill attempted to have me pay more than originally quoted. I was able to straighten this out but took one half hour at the front counter. I've stayed at Sheratons and Westins at least six times this callender year and have never at a problem in Ottawa,Toronto,Montreal or Halifax. Why Kamloops?"
